Short-Term Rental Overlay Map

The overlay map from Steamboat Springs Planning Department shows which areas of town are prohibited from obtaining a short-term rental license (red zone) and which areas of town are permitted (green zone). The yellow zones indicate sections of town where the number of short-term rental licenses are capped.
